This site was created in February 2003 to help raise the profile of letterpress printing here in Christchurch and to provide a New Zealand oriented letterpress resource for anyone interested in printing. Since the muse first trolled the lure of an idea of a web site, the scope of the site has slowly grown to encompass as much of letterpress activities in New Zealand as I can find out about. If anything is missing it is probably because I don't know about it. Feel free to tell me.

No. This website is independent and has no affiliation or association with any company or organization within New Zealand or in foreign parts (although I am a member or supporter of some of the institutions listed on this site). Mention of societies, museums and other organizations or groups should not be taken to indicate their approval or support for this site, nor that this site in any way endorses such societies etc.
